Doctors - When was the last time you stopped to think about what your practice is worth?
1.  Do you know the value of your practice?  Do you have a baseline?

We often think about having a business valuation completed for a transition to someone else or a hospital, but do you know that you can also use a business valuation to guide you for the growth of your practice and the "health" of your practice?
Use your business valuation as a guide for growth!

2.  Do you know the key performance indicators (KPI) that would guide you to a healthier practice?

3.  Do you want to maximize your value?

4.  Are you too involved in your practice, where you need to start being the CEO and allow for others to come along-side you so you can eventually step away?

Many doctors have very high "good will" with their patients, and when they go to sell their practices, if they're the ONLY face of their practice, the value is not going to be what they think it is.  Starting early working to systemize your practice and working through the KPIs needed will help enhance your value and the value of your practice.
